For purchase of Commercial Equipment, Commercial Vehicle required in execution of contracts awarded to the contractor

1	Group / Sector	a. MSME Contractors (irrespective of constitution)  should be in business for minimum 2 years. b. Borrowers should have in place all necessary statutory licenses / NOCs from respective authorities, as required. c. Unit must be profit making and the existing facilities availed.
2	Eligibility	a) a) Individuals/ Proprietorship / Partnership / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) / Pvt. Ltd. Co. / Public Ltd. Co. any other legal entity having GST Registration No. (wherever applicable) & valid Udyam Registration
3	Type of Facility	Term Loan. [Sanction of front ended LC can also be considered in case of import of equipment]
4	Quantum of Exposure	Minimum: Above  10.00 Lakh Maximum: Upto  25.00 Crore
5	Margin	10% to 25% depending upon the asset financed
6	Rate of Interest	As per bank policy.
7	Repayment/ Moratorium	a. Repayable in maximum 60 Equated monthly instalment (EMI) starting from next month of disbursement. (Repayment to be ascertained based on the age of the equipment) / May consider for tenor up to 84 months on case to case basis depending on economic life of the equipment.
8	Primary Security	Primary: Hypothecation of the equipment to be purchased. Collateral: Nil (Extension of charge on existing security need not be insisted upon)
9	Collateral Security	As per Bank Policy, depending upon MSME segment viz. Manufacturing, Services and Contractor & Traders.
