7	Repayment/ Moratorium	Maximum 84 months including suitable moratorium WC - Tenability of 2 years subject to annual review
8	Primary Security	Hypothecation of assets created out of Bank finance
9	Collateral Security	Up to Rs. 1 Crore to be covered under CGTMSE at the option of the borrower else Equitable Mortgage of Title Deeds (EMT) of property to the extent of 60% of the loan amount
