2	Eligibility	As per bank rating policy.
3	Type of Facility	•Term loan / Overdraft
4	Quantum of Exposure	For Term Loan: Minimum - Rs. 25 lakhs, Maximum - Rs. 25 crores. . For vehicle funding limit, as per CV guidelines (bus funding limit-max Rs. 2 crores). For Overdraft: Maximum – Rs. 3 crores
5	Margin	10% to 25% depending upon the asset financed
6	Rate of Interest	As per bank policy.
7	Repayment/ Moratorium	a. Repayable in maximum 60 TO 84 Equated monthly instalment (EMI) starting from next month of disbursement. (Repayment to be ascertained based on the age of the equipment). b. Maximum moratorium of 3 - 12 months depending on the nature of assets create shall be as per Bank’s extant guidelines.
8	Primary Security	Primary: Hypothecation of the equipment /Furniture / to be purchased.
9	Collateral Security	As per Bank Policy, depending upon MSME segment viz. Manufacturing, Services and Contractor & Traders.
